Robolls Croft is a contemporary beautifully presented cottage with a large garden in an elevated location with magnificent views of the Paps of Jura.

The cottage is located about three miles from Port Askaig, a ten minute walk  from Ballygrant village and surrounded by farm land with no near neighbours. A perfect location for exploring the history, wildlife and whisky of Islay or simply relaxing enjoying the views and birdwatching out of the window.

Robolls Croft is surrounded by popular walking paths. It is also within five minutes walk of the award winning Ballygrant Inn which specialises in Islay whiskies and excellent home made food. There is also a coffee shop well known for it’s amazing cakes in the village of Ballygrant, a 10 minute walk away on a traffic free path. There are many attractions within a ten minute drive including Caol Ila Distillery, Bunnahabhain Distillery, Arnahoe Distillery, Persabus Pottery, Port Askaig for ferries to Jura and Colonsay , historic Finlaggan and the Islay House Square. There is fishing in nearby trout lochs and sandy beaches to enjoy around Loch Indaal.

Accommodation 

The cottage sleeps 6. It has a comfortable sitting room with an open fire and dual aspect windows with views of the Paps of Jura, there is a spacious dining kitchen, a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, a double bedroom and a further twin bedroom. There is a walk in shower in the ensuite and a bath with over bath shower in the family bathroom.

The cottage is equipped to a high standard with wifi, tv, hairdryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the kitchenware you might require.

The accommodation is all on one level and is heated by central heating.
